We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will always make every effort to take care of customers. We value our customers and our policy is to be reasonable and fair; we hope that you will be reasonable and fair with us as well.
Shipping:
We ship from Florida using FedEx Ground, and other carriers to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery. Orders to destinations within the lower 48 states typically arrive within 1–6 business days. Not all items receive free shipping. P.O. Boxes not included.
P.O. BOXES: Please do not enter a PO box for your shipping address. Please enter your physical address.
Orders ship the same business day if the order is received before 11 a.m. EST. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the item ships. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Alaska & Hawaii Customers
For any order going to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us at 866-638-5961 to place your order and get a shipping quote.
Shipping - Lost/ Damage Package: If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact our customer service department by phone 866-638-5961 within 48 hours of delivery. If the item was lost or mis-delivered we will need to open an investigation with our shipping carriers to try and locate the package(s). If they are unable to locate or reclaim the item, we will ship out a replacement to the address on file. We do not provide refunds for lost items.
If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back or receive a refund less the cost of original shipping.
For International orders import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated separately at checkout; please check with your country or territories customs office to determine what the additional costs will be above and beyond the normal shipping and duties charges.
Returns:
Returns Information
All items require a Return Authorization Number, which can be provided by contacting our Customer Service department. To be eligible for return, items cannot be installed and must be in new condition, the item must be complete of all its components, and it must be in the original packaging. Damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered.
RMA number is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Your return package must be shipped to our facility by the expiration date listed.
Some returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-warranty or Xtreme Golf Cart Mats errors that are returned over 30- days from purchase date. Items that are discontinued or no longer available are not eligible for return. Items returned without an RMA Number are subject to refusal or restocking fee. Freight collects or COD returns will be refused.
Special Order and Made to Order items may only be returned in the case of a manufacturer's defect. For assistance and warranty information, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Xtreme Golf Cart Mats is not liable for additional labor expenses that occur as the result of an incorrect or defective part.
Please ship the item back to the address provided by the Customer Service Representative. If you are returning an item due to shipping damage, a manufacturer's defect, or the item received is not what was ordered, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Unless returning with a pre-paid label, and for your protection, please use a shipping service that can be tracked such as registered USPS, Fedex or UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent via non-trackable means. We are unable to accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Once we have received and inspected your item, your refund will be processed for all eligible returned items. Returned items must not have been installed and should be in their original packaging with all kit components. We strive to process all returns within 5 business days; however, during exceptionally busy periods, this timeframe may increase slightly. Please allow for up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Products purchased through one of our distributors must be returned to them and follow their return procedure.
