How do I install my golf cart floor mat?

How do I clean my golf cart floor mat?
- Remove the Mat - Take the mat out of your golf cart before cleaning.
- Use Ammonia-Free Soap - Clean the mat with water and a mild, ammonia-free dish soap. For stuck-on debris, use a soft-bristle brush to gently scrub the surface.
- Dry Thoroughly - Use a towel to dry the mat completely or allow it to air dry
in direct sunlight. - Clean the Factory Flooring
- If the cart is stored outdoors, wash the factory flooring with the same ammonia-free soap to remove dirt and moisture buildup.
- If stored indoors, a quick wipe with a damp cloth followed by drying is sufficient.
- Apply a Protectant (Optional) - To extend the life and appearance of your mat apply a rubber-safe protectant such as Mothers Protectant or 303 Marine & Recreation Protectant after cleaning and drying.
- Reinstall Only When Completely Dry - Make sure both the mat and the cart flooring are fully dry before reinstalling to prevent moisture buildup.
Can I order a customized mat?
No. We are always taking suggestions so if you have a golf cart model or specific color you think we should be making a mat for, please drop us a line and we'll take it into consideration with our next roll-out. If you have ANY questions about sizing, please call us at 1-888-444-9994.

I ordered the wrong mat! How do I exchange it and get the right one?
We only accept returns for products ordered from Xtremegolfcartmats.com. If you purchased your mat through one of our other retailers, please contact them directly to begin a return.
If you bought your mat from our website, begin your return by going to
our Returns page and create a return
label. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original
packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed, used, or
damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing may not be credited or a partial credit might be issued at the seller's discretion.
You will receive a refund to your original payment method as soon as the product is received and inspected.
We do not do exchanges so you will need to reorder the correct mat. Please confirm with us if you are unsure of the mat you need.
How soon does my order ship?
Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 2pm EST. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped the next business day.
What's covered in the one year warranty?
XTREME GOLF CART MATS guarantees this warranty to the original purchaser only; warranty is not transferable. This warranty guarantees that the product will not break, tear, or deform under normal, non-commercial usage. XTREME GOLF CART MATS will provide warranty service to all floor mats that break or tear due to a manufacturer's defect within 1 year. Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, golf spikes, or the mat being damaged during installation, will not qualify for warranty consideration. Altering the mat in
any way will void the warranty. For all Warranty claims please contact XTREME GOLF CART MATS at 1-888-444-9994. Please retain your original receipt or invoice. If the warranty is approved, a full replacement will be provided. Shipping is not included.
